Only 2 men today but word is spreading we had a new man in today as well as a regular. I ran the session today unassisted but we are in a routine now that means that the men are doing cooking the recipes under guidance fro us rather than us showing them. Today's menu was a biscuit, raisin dainties and because we had the ER pantry had a donation of mince meat given to then a layered casserole which was a combination of rice, mince, tomato soup and corn. Nice to see some vegetables appearing from the ER pantry that aren't tinned tomatoes
